We know you love smoothies but sometimes don't always know what to put in them. Below we have a definitive guide to all the best bases, fruits/vegetables, add ins, and toppings to make all your friends have smoothie envy.

Your Base: Freshly squeezed juices, coconut milk, milk, coconut water, green tea, yogurt, fruit juice

Fruits/vegetables: Bananas, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, kale, broccoli, carrots, and avocado

Add Ins: Chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, coconut oil, protein powder, vitamins, and ice cream

Toppings: Whipped cream, cherry, mint, and berries
