Did you know eating healthy will…

1.Improve Your Sleep

Eating healthier foods can help you be more calm, relaxed, and sleepy at night rather than energized from eating sugary foods.

2. Increase Your Energy

Eating whole nutrient-dense foods will give you a sustained amount of energy throughout the day rather than the sugary energy bursts. Eating a whole breakfast, lunch, and dinner filled with organic proteins, vegetables, fruits, and grains will help you to stay energized all day.

3.Lose Weight

Once you change your diet away from processed food, sugary drinks and fast food your body will reward you by dropping some weight. Weight loss can range from a few pounds to hundreds of pounds depending on how dedicated you are to losing weight.

4.Be Happier

Along with getting more sleep, having more energy, and losing weight you will find yourself happier! Eating foods high in omega-3 is known to make you happy such as salmon and avocados.
