We are Freshly Expressed. We are a fast food restaurant that sells healthy foods that are allergy, and diet friendly. Our menu caters to, but is not limited to; gluten free, vegan, and low carb diets. We pride ourselves on using local ingredients, every morning we go to the farmers market and hand pick our produce. Our healthy options are available through a drive through, or in cafe. Our mission is to provide quality food for busy people who don’t have the time to prepare their own foods.We plan to become the number one healthy fast food option in the Seattle area.
